Discipline Policy
- Any player who behaves unreasonably in training towards a team mate or a club official shall initially be withdrawn from the session for a period of five minutes.
- If a player continues to behave unreasonably in training towards a team mate or a club official they shall be withdrawn from the session for a period of ten minutes.
- If in the unlikely event that the unreasonable behaviour continues then the player shall be withdrawn from the session and their parents contacted to collect them.
- An action plan will be jointly agreed between parent, player and coach to resolve the issue.
- In the event an action plan cannot be agreed then unfortunately the player will have to leave the football club.
- Any player who physically or verbally abuses either a team mate, match official or opposition player during a match will be substituted.
- The issue will be discussed with the child and their parents before they will be allowed to play again.
